 Noelene’s career began as a dental assistant and practice manager prior to joining sales with a major dental equipment manufacturer and design of dental clinics. The skills gained through first hand experience are adapted directly to ergonomic designs.

 

 Established in 1996 Design 'N' Dental Pty Ltd supplied and installed dental equipment and continued designing health care clinics. The compliance of Infection Control regulations, specific to plumbing, electrical and ergonomics combined with the selections of all interior finishes, flooring, lighting and colour schemes. These combined were specified to create a time efficient, calm and relaxed atmosphere. The specific designed joinery items were built and supplied by experience tradesman for the areas of reception, waiting room, office space, sterilization, laboratory, treatment and staff rooms. This ensured all works are carried out to the regulatory specification.

 

​ With these skills, Noelene rebranded to Interiors By Cason in 2008 and expanded her expertise into other sectors in age care and retirement facilities, design and build commercial business hubs and residential spaces.
